Google showed me a $1 with reviews of four different dating sites for the blind.

I haven't tried any of them and don't know if they're good or not, but it's a place to start.

Not exclusively, but I personally like the app Hinge, which revolves less around pictures and more around talking/messaging.

What do you expect from a dating cite for the blind? accessibility, or a date with a blind person?
