You can do freelance writing using just an iPhone, but using a computer would—in my opinion—be a lot better.

Your state's vocational rehab should help. You are looking for work, and they should help by creating an individualized employment plan. What's your goal? They can help you find a path. If you need training and adaptive technology, they should definetly provide evaluations and services that meet your needs.
