In terms of statistics, the vast majority of people who have vision loss are older. A fair number of my clients don't use smartphones, and some don't even have a cell phone. I've actually encounter a client who still uses a rotary phone (and even pays extra for that).

I can imagine a few of my older clients calling in that number (except it's long distance for them) and putting it on speakerphone and letting it just read.
