Mini Rant Epic Games New website Login Verification. (self.Blind)

I recently reinstalled my OS and I tried to login on Epic Games Website in order to claim the free weekly game, surprise! I can't login because after you provide the credentials you must do a human verifications with pictures only, no audio verification as it used to be, the screen reader can't even focus the dialog box with the pictures, anyone else had this problem? not in particular with Epic, with any service providerr who use this stupit thing called hCaptcha ? and yes, this is a mini rant

I wrote a very angry Email to HCapture after the cooky thing told me to email them.
We should not be foursed to do additional Email bullshit, just because of our disability.
Also, ROFL, you and me on same page, I was also claiming the free games, sadly, lost out on it because of that damn HCapture email thing.

I still chat with them on the mail, they requested my IP, my browser version, HS, I thing, they just can add an audio challange and everybody is happy.

yeah, first time i encountered hcaptcha was like "oh, discrimination on it's finest, i guess no discord for me".

HCaptcha is genuinely the worst, and they are the worst because they think they are accessible. All it takes is for the accessibility thing to not work for any reason and you're fucked until you email them and have a pointless back and forth which in the best case scenario ends with you being able to do the thing you should've been able to do in the first place had the service in question used a better captcha provider, but several days later.

I find hCaptcha works least annoyingly with Firefox.

Yeah, I hate HCaptcha. Have to get the accessibility cookie, and it expires after a while and have to get it again. Solving a Google Captcha takes less than a minute but H Captcha I have to log into my Email get cookie then solve the captcha.
