That's pretty bizarre. Is that Reddit etiquette? One word or not. I feel like relating to something is rather positive feedback then not. Kind of a dick move to down vote someone for it.

Do people really get those? Thought it was only for popular culture, in movies and shows. Also, is tramp stamp (I think it means having a butterfly tat on lower back), is it a real thing?

Yeah I got a lion on my arm. And a tramp stamp is just a tattoo on your lower back. It doesn't have to be a butterfly. Have you been blind all of your life

In my country, getting tats is not common. Only kids get those sticker things, which come with some toffy or something. Have never seen an actual tattoo. Have heard that getting one is painful, never gonna try one.
Edit: I do have some usable vision, not sure if I'll be able to see those tattoos. And, yeah, my current vision level goes back to as far as I can remember seeing things, so, yeah, blind since birth.

Yeah I’ve got several, lost count when I started making a sleeve of them. Basically when it’s done it’s going to look like an intricate lace glove that goes from my knuckles to my elbow. I’ve got symbols and flowers with skulls, a grim reaper, and a few words and phrases and also a silly one of the jelly side of a pB&J sandwich a friend of mine has the peanut butter side

I’ve got some under my shirt and one on my foot that I forget about all the time lol then I go to shower and catch it in the mirror then I’m like “oh hell yeah I’ve got tattoos! I should get more.” I’ve had several people ask me why I’m getting them if I’m going blind and I’m like “well I can see them now so I know I’ll still look cool when I’m totally blind”
