I'm posting in here because one of my friends who is blind told me yesterday that her insurance company said they cannot reimburse her for her covid-19 rapid tests if she cannot print and mail the receipts herself, which is a task that she cannot do on her own. They won't allow her to email the receipts instead. She is requesting reimbursement from her insurance company for the covid-19 rapid tests the Biden administration has said insurance companies must cover. I can't interview my friend because it goes against journalism policy.
