Not the best, but not the worst. Toph from Avatar:the Last Airbender gets my vote as best blind superhero.

I do like that Daredevil’s super powers don’t fix his blindness. He still can’t see anything on paper or computer screens because they’re just flat to his radar sense. He can’t see colours. And his radar sense is negated by confetti, which I just think is funny. But he also plays into some unhelpful blindness stereotypes, namely that we have super sense because our eyes don’t work. The TV show leans into a couple more, like blind people wanting to get to know you by touching your face, and every blind person ever wearing sunglasses. I’m not sure if those show up in the comics or not because, well, comics aren’t very accessible.

Not really one who pays much attention to you US comics, but that movie about oh 15 years ago was really bad so that's my opinion the movie was very bad.
