LOL I hadn't seen that one yet. He's got a great one on TikTok about calling his ISP's tech support, too. I can't find the link to it right now, but basically it was:
Tech: I need you to look at the lights on the modem and tell me which ones are on.
Him: I'm blind, is there some other way we can do this?
Tech: I'll wait.
Him: You'll wait for me to what? not be blind?
Tech: Yes sir, just look at the lights on the modem.
Him: Did you miss the part where I can't see?
Tech: No sir, I'll wait.
Tech: I need you to look at the lights on the modem and tell me which ones are on.
Him: I'm blind, is there some other way we can do this?
Tech: I'll wait.

This is why I desperately avoid calling tech-support LOL. It’s especially difficult when they want to screen share and tell me what to click on. I don’t click

I've had a lot more luck with tech support - goes one of two ways.
1. Oh.... I'm sorry... is there someone sighted who can help (no, deal with it - they never do)
2. Okay let's try something else (THANK YOU)

Ask her to wear a beeper so you know where she's at. Then try to turn your head in another direction and hope there isn't another non-beeper wearing person who will also feel uncomfortable by imagining blind eyes that happen to be in their direction are starting at them.

I was at a blind summer camp and I am totally blind and these people show up to the blind camp they came from a space place with tactile books. They brought telescopes. I stopped to feel one. The guy encouraged me to look. I said I was totally blind. The guy told me to look harder then maybe I’ll see the stars hahahaha!
