I want to start a podcast about daily life as a blind person. Both my partner and I have some form of Blindness/visual impairment. I’d like some input on what topics could be discussed, or if you’d like to be interviewed.

That sounds very interesting, I'd be most interested in hearing how blind people get around and do things engineered for sighted people, like getting into the intricacies of mundane tasks like making breakfast, pouring hot drinks, cleaning up, and vacuuming. I also think it could be very useful for newly blinded people to get tips and tricks, definitely let me know when/if the podcast goes live

I agree with this other guy who posted before me. I love hearing about how other blind people solve their daily life challenges, house chores, whatever.

Sounds fun. Maybe about advocacy and education of blind stuff but don’t know how much you know about that stuff.
If you want someone to be interviewed II’d be up for it. No pressure. I’ve been advocating, representing, and educating mostly voluntarily for years. Also been helping out and tought assistive tech for a bit.

Of course not haha. At a summer camp for the blind I attend, one year my team named our team “Joe and the three blind mice”.
For some context, Joe had more vision then all of us members.

I would listen to it. I like listening about other people's experiences and how they do things in their daily life. I'm happy to be interviewed, though time zones may be an issue :) Some topics to cover: Life skills )like cooking and cleaning - boring, I know, but might help those new to blindness/VI), favourite assistive technology, hobbies, childhood experiences or funny stories.
