Any games by the company Telltale are usually great as they rely a LOT on narration to know where someone/the next objective is and what do do. If he had a newer console (Ps4/Xbox One) his options would dramatically open up as there are many games now with specific accessibility settings for blind people, but I completely understand that that isn't a very easy thing to get him in regards to budget, etc.

There are many different games he can play. If he has a computer, there's Hades, Slay the Spire, Hearthstone, and Stardew Valley, that all of accessibility mods made for them. There are also audio games (audiogames.net).
