I have not dealt with car sickness to that extent, but I have found that the right sunglasses go along way. Something dark and polarized is very helpful to cut out glare. I like Oakley's Prizim black lens or Spy's polarized black happy lens. They will both also help boost contrast which is nice to have!

I eat some candied ginger about 20 minutes before I go. And then eat a little every time I start to feel a little queasy . I have always got car sick if I didn’t drive. (I guess I have control issues) but now that I am blind it is so much worst.

Eating peppermints and squeezing the p6 pressure point work for my husband.
