Debugging code with text to speech? (self.Blind)
submitted by tace8
Hey, I'm learning how to code using NVDA, Visual Studio Code, and Python. I find writing code to be reasonably easy, but debugging it (especially formatting issues or small typos) to be very difficult. I fear it will be even more difficult in a real world setting where I have to work on collaborative projects and debug other people's code that I don't have much time with or understanding of how they put it together. Any advice or tips for making debugging easier with text to speech? Thanks.

Honestly I'm just in the learning process at the moment, I'm not even sure if I'll become a programmer, but want to test the waters. If I do though, I'll definitely think about making YouTube tutorials for blind people regarding how to program. I don't want to make a promise that I'm not sure I can keep though, but I'll definitely think about doing tutorials if I go through with being a programmer.
