One thing the US does quite well is assist people who have physical disabilities. There are numerous blind foundations and help centers around the country for blind people.
Your career in America would not be affected by you being blind and that’s the case for if you were an immigrant, a lawyer, a politician, or voice actor. If anything, it could be used to your advantage. Americans love an underdog story.
And of course lawyers in the US make a ton of money. Yes, law school is extremely expensive, but lawyers do extremely well for themselves in the US.
I have visited the UK and Canada extensively. Each have their problems and each are incredible in different ways. If you want to try your shot and shoot for the stars with a physical disability, and you’re serious about (any) potential career, I’d go with the US

Can you tell about the United Kingdom and Canada in comparison with the United States? Your impressions?

From Canada here. While we do mostly use metric, the imperial system actually comes up a lot. I know my height is 5'11", but I have no idea what it is in centimeters. I know my weight in pounds, but I need to pull out a calculator to figure out kilograms.
Canada has a number of job opportunities, but immigration can also be a nightmare. I've had a number of clients who have had difficulties with it. Having skills that are in demand would definitely be an asset.
Canada has a lot of people from Ukraine (according to Wikipedia, Canada has the third most Ukrainians in the world, only behind Ukraine itself and Russia).

If you're in the UK/canada, healthcare is free or at least very very cheep, where as from what I've heard; the US health care system is horrible.
I can't tel you where to live because I honestly don't no enough about the countries, to advise you on it, but personally I'd chose between canada or the UK for low health costs.
