One of the subs i folow has recently added post Flair
Witch doesn't work with screen readers

When using the old layout, the post submission form has a button named Select that you can activate to open an overlay where you can select the flair and hit Apply or whatever the button is named. The overlay opens as the last element of the DOM tree, so you might need to navigate to the end of the page to select it, which is something that you must get used to since it's a very common problem with dynamic web content and screen-readers.
If you mean you can't read post flair, there's an option in your account preferences to activate it. Once activated, it appears before the post title in subreddit pages and after the post title in the main page when using the old layout.
If you're using the new layout, which has been the default for new accounts for some time now, I can't provide any help.

I use the reddit app on Android
My screen reader works for most subs it will read the posts just not the Flair on r/sabaton

Those post flares are using stylized letters (specifically letters in small capitals) which are not accessible to screen readers. The mods need to change the flares to use ordinary letters that you can type with a keyboard without needing to be put through a formatter.
