Burning onto a Victor Reader Stratus 4? (self.Blind)

Does anyone have a guide to burn CDs (mp3) for use with the Victor Reader Stratus 4?
My grandmother is visually impaired and I would love to give her some new CDs with new audio books. I already have the MP3s, but the Victor Reader Stratus 4 doesn't take in the CDs.

It should play MP3 as standard. They can't be too long, and there is probably a bitrate range. but presumably anything between 56 and 320kbps should play. If you are dumping a 12 hour single file out of audible it might struggle but a decently chapterised title should cause you no grief

I think for sure being part of the national library service or being part of the library overdrive system would be best here.

Why doesn't she join a library for the blind which will give her thousands of audio books? Where does she live?
