Corduroy is a good one. Also rubber and latex. I like the texture of cold river stone. Ice and it's smooth slipperiness. Snow and it's crunchiness. Smooth skin of another and the comfort of feeling the closeness and intimacy of skin on skin.

Glossy, paper, plastic balloons not the rubber ones but the plastic maybe metal ones that could last forever. Glassy things like windows, slikck things and I like rubbing my hands on my mac there’s this electric, fricktion charge thing.

This will sound weird and I promise I'm okay - don't put me on an FBI watchlist - but my daughter collects Japanese sword replicas. The hilts are wrapped in some sort of fabric, strong and rough but not quite as rough as canvas, intricately knotted all along the grip. And I love love LOVE holding them.
It's not just the texture, it's more primal than that. Just holding it makes me feel formidable, like a force of nature. But it's not just the dangerous vibe, I don't feel that way holding a replica lightsaber or a PVC sword I've made for the kids or even something actually dangerous like a hunting rifle. It's the combination of the texture and the warrior spirit, I guess.
I'd chalk it up to being a samurai in my last life except I don't believe in reincarnation. I didn't believe in it in my last life and I won't believe it in my next one, either.
