Hi everyone! We are a team of researcher and designer from Georgia Tech. Now we're helping eBay to improve its customer service for blind and visually impaired users. One aspect we're especially interested in is return/refund as it's where the most complaints came in. We now identified some issues with starting returns and shipping items back to sellers. But we find our data very limited and hope to hear what you find difficult/sad or good/enjoyable when buying and returning stuff online. It doesn't need to be with eBay. Any online shopping experience would be great.
