I suspect we may have a case of r/lostredditors.

I'd say it's 50/50.

OP appears to be wandering round various subs posting videos related to rock music, usually with little context and sometimes in completely unrelated subs, rather like they have done here.
Ultimately this video does not appear to have any connection to blindness or visual impairments in any way. Since OP does not seem to be a native English speaker it's entirely plausible that they are simply lost, but based on post history, I wouldn't bet on it.
