Perhaps a local blindness agency or an organization like National Braille Press or American Printing House could do it for you. If it were me, I'd opt for an agency whose embossers are likely to be better condition than an individual who only uses them for embossing things for themself.

Where are you located? I work at a school for the blind (Foundation for Blind Children in Phoenix AZ) and could probably get it done for you and mail it, if you aren't in a rush. We have a giant embosser and can put requests through.

New York. Within the US. But. Perhaps far for braille? I do all the computer stuff. Not packaging. Lol.

Haha. We have two industrial-sized embossers and supply braille for the majority of AZ students. So I have full embossing privileges, so to speak.
Well, as a last resort, I could always submit it for embossing and mail you the final copy. :)
