I would check out
$1. The companies listed there tend to have more inclusive hiring practices.
Microsoft occasionally has jobs that might be a good fit for you and they have super inclusive hiring practices in large part because Satya Nadela, the CEO, has a child with disabilities and because of the amazing work of people like their Chief Accessibility Officer, Jenny Lay-Flurrie.
Additionally, you could check with companies that specialize in Accessibility services like APH, Lighthouse for the Blind and Visually Impaired, and more. They tend to make a habit of hiring a larger percentage of individuals with various disabilities, particularly because then they have a lot of people with lived experience they can get relevant perspectives from.
Could also keep an eye on
$1. That is my current employer. They specialize in Indoor Navigation apps, which are in large part geared towards helping individuals with vision loss or who are blind live more independently. Awesome tech and they are growing fast.
