Don't use narrator. NVDA is free and a hundred times more powerful. Any keys not already mapped with the Brailliant and NVDA can be done so form within NVDA's settings; you can decide on your own shortcuts for things if you want to. :)

They should all be scrreen reader and device software dependent. The braille support is so much better on apple devices though.
