I’ve never tried psychedelics and I do have a little bit of vision so I’d probably experience some form of visual hallucinations. That said, for somebody who has never had any vision, I don’t think they would experience visual hallucinations. The physical signals might get sent but the visual cortex wouldn’t know what to do with them. That’s just a hypothesis, of course
