My dad has been 100% blind my entire life, so..I can tell you that from my experience, touch is good, or it’s she reads braille, a book. My dad was a mechanic (like seriously, he rebuilt transmissions my entire childhood), so he loves working with his hands. Due to that, we get him 3-d puzzles, things like that. What does she like?
Edit: things that can help, it depends on her level of mobility. Does she use public transportation, maybe a spare cane, etc..
