I pimped my NFB Cane, by adding a Ambutech slip on red roller and Duck brand red reflective tape.

I used standard duct taped to make the end of the cane thicker so that the ball mostly stays on via friction.
I wrapped the cane in reflective tape. Then covered where the ball and cane connect to prevent the ball from coming off.

Why not just get a flashy cane from Ambitech?

I have one, this lighter and good for when I’m don’t need to fold it. Besides it was free.

Valid points lol, the 6 section Ambitech graphite ones are lighter fyi, but yeah free is best reason.

My folding is 4 segment graphite Ambutech. But nothing is as light a the NFB. I took it on 5 mile walk today.

When did that change? My nfb cane can blow in the wind and I’ve never seen the graphite folding cane do that.

It is still heavier than the nfb cane probably, just is much lighter than the 4-5 section Ambitech ones.

I think the heavier canes are more wind resistant.

That looks great! I've been doing something similar for my SO's canes, I made an instructional video if you're interested https://youtu.be/vS4KYuojIDM
