How detailed do you want it
Do you want it super detailed
Or just what is happening /subtitles read
I watched a movie recently an just about every camera movement was described

I do like it when they describe facial expressions

I was under the impression that Apollo was absolutely the most accessible iOS application to use with voiceover, but this was until someone on this sub posted a link to get the better of Dystopia!
Dystopia is literally the most accessible front end of any social networks I have found. It really is the small details that add up when you can customize exactly the information that is red by VoiceOver. You can edit the exact actions of the voiceover rotor and even the order they are in. You can customize exactly the information that is read by voice over when it comes to posts and also the comment section. You can have dystopia to break up a post into paragraphs and you are actually able to distinguish between links if there are multiple posted.
I have made a recommendation in the Apollo sub Reddit for Christian to add these same features, but until he does, then dystopia is the best when it comes to voiceover and Reddit.
Anyone else agree? I have had far too little description used, but never too much.
I can understand how some descriptions would seem a bit redundant if you still have some amount of vision and are not totally blind.

Anything that requires visual cues to understand. Subtle expressions and please read the fucking text to me because I can’t see the text messages or signs.

Have had no luck finding anything I work to watch with AD yet on my streaming services but all I really want is the subtitles to be read cause I watch a lot of things with them.

Disney + has a bunch of stuff with AD

Yeah I know, just not the service I use much.

If I may ask, which movie did you watch? I only know of one which has an unusually large amount of description of cinematography, it being the American AD for The Invisible Man (2020).

I dont remember the name but it took me out of the experience

Not a huge fan of movies or audio descriptions but audio descriptions are more okay now.

I think not too verbose but does the job. I don’t want to know timmy’s underwhare color or his hair color if it’s not necessary. Or every line in his face. Hahaha! But if something is necessary to the scene and appropriate i guess.
