After everything I've gone through recently, it's nice feeling positive for a change. Recently enrolled in a vocational rehab program and started it today at the vision rehab center. Turns out, I'm getting a new computer and 32" monitor and getting enrolled in a security analyst program in May. Several local companies are hiring that position right now. The training program is 10 weeks at my own pace and I'm being given a new PC because of the program. Totally blew my socks off hearing that, lol! Next month, I'm getting assessed by DCF.

I always wanted a computer job, but didn't have enough brain smarts to make it through college. Now I've got the chance with potential for good pay and benefits. Excited to get this going!
