Work from home. (self.Blind)
submitted by raymog50
I am visually impaired and would like to know if any one has had any luck getting a work from home position. Gets frustrating getting turned down for work, thanks

I've worked from home my entire 25yr career. It's 100x easier to do now than it was when I started.

If you like to teach ESL go to $1 Note, the site is in spanish, but email them and tell them I sent you. do not use my reddit name though, they will not know who I am. Use my first name, I am the only one there.

I work from home in that I am my own boss and run my own business out of my house. I own a language interpretation agency and broker out interpretation assignments throughout the state of California. I cover SSI appointments, physical therapies, pain management, worker’s comp etc. I am a vendor with the state of California and work with language brokers and insurance companies as well.

Yes I work from home. Just out of curiosity, did you mean to put the NSFW tag on your post?

LOL NSFW might lead one to discuss different types of home-working ...

I work from home. I've done the whole - rides to and from work - and it aucked. Now I'll only work for a comoany that offers fully remote. The jobs are out there. Sadly you'll be competing with everyone else as who wants to commute to work?
