For those that use steme, I need help. (self.Blind)

I used to be able to use steam but I've tried to download it again and have tried pressing space on english and installing the client, it opened in another language, I tried just pressing enter all the way through the installer and it did the same thing.
I even tried /language "english" with no luck.
Can someone help?

I just tried it with no luck. I was able to install steam fine. When I OCR the screen however, the language wasn’t English.

OK I’m just shooting the dark here but it sounds like it saves your settings from your first attempt and use those. Try a full uninstall and then reinstall but do you have access to the Be My Eyes app? You can get a cited volunteer to help you with the install for free. Or who knows maybe you’ll get lucky and have somebody that has theme and can mirror what you have on your steam with their steam and be able to figure out how to change language settings from there.

Oh, I also don’t have a mouse so wouldn’t be able to click on the stuff anyway, yeah I know I can use OCR, and I will if there’s no more results.

I did try an complete uninstall
I remove steam, then go into one of my local folders and remove that steam folder there.
I didn’t think about be my eyes, but I don’t really see how that would help me. I can already tab to the English radio button and press enter on it or space to check it.
