Hey all, SoundwaveSpectre again. I've been doing Audio Descriptions for games but they take me so long to make I wanted to try, after getting a request, sort of a heavily narrated livestream. That way I can put out a lot more content than my more "professional" ones. Can you guys give me feedback? (youtu.be)

First off thank you that’s really amazing of you. What a game did you link in this video? Which call of duty franchise have you done?

Thanks! I did call of duty 4 remastered. I tried doing Metroid dread but it was too hard. So I did some mass effect, Skyrim, and now am working on halo. Ik by Xbox doing audio descriptions that thousands of ppl watch, so I know ppl need these and wanted to help but it's hard to get it out there when ppl don't know to look for it.

The game in the link is Elden Ring. It's the "it" game right now but I got requests to do it. I don't normally do games I'm not 100% familiar with because it's so much harder to do. But if this format as opposed to my pre-recorded and edited stuff works too. I can do these literally all the time and give more content out to ppl who may have lost games or not been able to experience the way others are.

Thank you again. Thank you again I know the segment of people that need audios descriptions is tiny but we are out there. As a now totally blind X gamer you’ve earned my subscription.

Thank you so much! I greatly appreciate the support and there's hours of stuff there as is but just be aware I'm still learning :( I'm truly sorry there's not more content creators out there. My lifelong dream here is to make the most accessible game ever and even totally designed and wrote it... Just need so big YouTube fame to get the street cred to get a dev to help me with it haha

I just miss helping people since I left my old job and this kinda scratched the itch while being close to my passion of gaming.

I don't do *exclusively* AD stuff but I always label everything audio description in the title and try to do at least one a week but the way I was doing it was just not feasible.

Do you think this live format is serviceable?

I’m not sure since I haven’t seen any of your content yet but I think if you can find a good balance like you mentioned before you should be able to pull it off without much of an issue

Thank you so much in advance. I don't know anyone in the community personally. I've just been doing this as a side hobby of trying to grow my youtube while I'm waiting for my job to start up.

I do Livestreams every day mainly as a form of growth but I really like making the audio descriptions and want to better the craft, so any and all advice is extremely appreciated. Just want to give gaming to everyone the best I can. So far I've done the entirety of Call of Duty, a couple of gaming clips, some news, and am currently working on the halo franchise.

I got a request for Elden Ring and realized the way I was doing them wasn't really sustainable for growth or really content purposes. I just can't get them out in time in the studio quality so I was wondering if these more laxed streams were acceptable as I can do 4-5 of these a week in the time I'd get 1 done regularly.

Again don't really know anyone personally so this and everything I've gotten so far is just me learning from my office so let me know any criticisms you may have!
