Some banks let you request Braille cards, if you know any Braille. Apple phones also let you take pictures of the card and store it on your phone.

I just take a picture of it abs zoom in on it to read it. I also use Google photos copy text feature to copy the card number if i need to

You don’t need vision. Put the card on the table lift the phone up above the card a bit and take one. I would use and do it in an ocr app I’ve done this before in voice dream scanner and it did the job so well. I’ve figured out my cards that way.
