So I came up with aoveu as well, but if you flip the letters 180° since it’s inside the watch band, it’s shenthow’ in UEB. However, each language has its own braille code so I’m wondering?

Arena of Valor is a game, and apparently there was a big giveaway of swag in the EU - so I was wondering if this may have been on an item that was related to that.
