They're legally required to be accessible. :) there's no established basis for exactly WHAT guidelines to follow but it HAS been established and upheld that they MUST be accessible.

I don't know, it's pissing me off. What am I supposed to do with all this Ethereum I have sitting here?
LocalBitcoins does use HCaptcha, but there integration has been broken for months now, and they refuse to fix it so can't login there anymore.
LocalCryptos has that image only captcha.
CoinBerry has this convulated verification process that can only be done on your phone, and you need to make a video with you holding your passport, and just can't get it.
Got a CoinSquare account, but they don't allow Ethereum deposits, only bitcoin.
This is getting aggravating...

I honestly don’t know because I don’t use this stuff. You might wanna try AppleVis I think someone mentioned something about an accessible crypto wallet there so if you ask there you might get a helpful response.
