As a visually impaired person you’re going to take some serious shots that you can’t see coming. The ones you don’t see common can cost some serious head trauma but more power to you if you really wanna jump into that field.

I suggest you look up a good karate dojo instead, if you’re interested in martial arts.

Kyokushin has hard sparring but no head shots. (You may have to ask for no high kicks though, which is a fair request). Some schools (Seido) in large cities have classes for visually impaired people, I’ve heard, and require sighted people to take some classes while blind-folded.
