i dont really know if this is helpful to you or not, but 'dark reader' extension for the browser lets you adjust things like contrast and colour pallette on an individual site basis or even globally for all sites. now with later update to things like the ipad in ios 15+ you can install browser extensions for safari too. on android i use kiwibrowser and install the same plugins as what i use on my desktop.

maybe youll be lucky and find a website that works well with these changes.
