In the US there are two main blindness organizations, the National Federation Of The Blind (NFB) and American Council Of The Blind (ACB). Both offer scholarships for college/university students. There’s also an organization in the US called Team See Possibilities which offers scholarships for visually-impaired students. You can apply for these scholarships from anywhere in the US. Individual states in the US have their own state-based blindness scholarships that you can apply for, but the amounts vary depending on the state and organization. You do not have to be totally blind to apply for these scholarships. I hope this helps.
