Heya, so there's a few options floating around. It's not super easy to get everything in one place.

As far as Mac, I know nothing there.

When it comes to PC, you'll want Steam. Set up an account at
$1 and then download the client. Now, prepare your best arsenal of profanity and follow this guide to navigate the inaccessible minefield:

Currently, I play 2 games on Steam. The first is "The Vale: Shadow of the Crown" and the second is "Stardew Valley". The former is accessible with no sight straight out of the box. The latter can be made accessible with a series of mods that can be found here:

Next up, check out blind streamers on Twitch. The guy who got me gaming is

This guy got me into gaming on xbox. You can buy the hardware, but you can also play xbox games on Windows through the xbox app and a subscription to GamePass. With some effort, you can play games like Gears V in hoarde mode, Sea of Thieves with a sighted crew, and Killer Instinct. I recommend a gamepad for these games, especially for the added haptic feedback which is quite useful. There's a bunch of us who game and stream on Twitch and most are more than happy to give advice and tips on gaming without sight.

There's also
$1 which I've no experience with, but some blind people have used it to find playable stuff.

If you have an iPhone or iPad, check out Applevis.com for lots of game recommendations that have popped up over the last year or so. Their Mac recommendations and advice have been not quite as useful in my opinion, but iOS stuff is decent.

Lastly, this isn't a videogame, but I think its worth mentioning. Knights of the Braille is a group of blind ttrpg players that help make games like D&D accessible to everyone. It's also where I started meeting blind gamers and streamers and learning about all this stuff. https://knightsofthebraille.com/
