wow. If you do find it somewhere, let us know? I already interface directly with eloquence and am working on Orpheus, but would be good to add it to the pot.

I haven't. never had the need with eloquence - I can call the libraries direct from within my own software.

Is there any reason why you need that engine in particular and cannot use an open source one like eSpeak or Festival?
