I'm legally blind but i don't use induction tho.
However my stove is a electrical flet one witch gives me quite a few challenges.
I used a sort of marking paste to mark the diles as for witch pit they turn on but so far that's all i was able to do.

I think with induction you can make som sort of thing you put over the stove so that the person can feel where to place the pots and pans as for the touch buttons braille or other markings might work.
