Didnt see this year coming

I didn’t get to do a quote for my year but if I did it would have been. “Class of 2020… Well isn’t that EYE-ronic…”

Funny story about my yearbook. They had a voting system for the best dressed or the most likelies . Well one of the categories was for the best eyes. I posted on Snapchat telling everyone to vote for me. I made it to the final 2 and the class had to do a second vote between me and the other person. Well I ended up losing, however a friend of mine who was in student government told me she saw way more votes for me then the other person on the first ballot. The teacher who ran the yearbook club told me that if he had a vote it would have gone to me.

I have a conspiracy theory that I won but they didn’t want to give it to me. The teacher that ran student government hated me because i always showed up late for their class. To this day I still wonder how different life would be if I won that award.

Since COVID broke out during the final semester, they weren’t able to make the yearbooks which wouldn’t have happened if I won. /s

Back in my day, kids said, "See you on the flip side." Maybe put "see" in all caps.
