Can someone that’s deaf and blind read ebooks on iOS, Android, or PC/Mac using their Braille display? Like on the kindle app, Google Play Books, or iBooks? (self.Blind)

yeah, pretty easily. Just hookup a braille reader, download some books, and go nuts.

I don’t see how they couldn’t, the Braille Readers work great for text messages so as long as a speech reader could read the PDF the Braille Reader should too?
