Distinguishing USB 2 and USB3 (self.Blind)

First off, I apologize if this query has been posted in here before.
I've been wondering for a while now if there's a way for people without any eyesight to tell the difference between USB and USB 3. Does a USB 3 port feel in any different to a USB 2 port? Do the cables feel different in any way? Are there any accessible software programs that'll tell us if devices are plugged into USB 2 or USB 3 ports?
