Recommendations for accessibly podcast/video recording software (self.Blind)
submitted by eee-vaaah
Has anyone had experience with podcast/video recording software (e.g. SquadCast, $1, $1) and are any of these services accessible?

I love using Riverside.fm, it’s a smooth and easy experience

I find I like using stremyard.com

Maybe give that a try?

Of the services you mention, Remotely is the most accessible. I would also recommend you check out Cleanfeed, http://cleanfeed.net. It is audio only, but even the free version gives you unlimited recording with as many people as you like onto a single track. The paid version offers multitrack and a few more features.
I produced a demo of Cleanfeed and an interview with its developers, who are strongly committed to accessibility, for The Blind Podmaker podcast, dedicated to blind people who podcast.
