I'm afraid of vacuum cleaners, but that's probably just me... As others have said, I don't think you can lump us together like that. I don't think there's enough commonality between blind people that we would share a lot of irrational fears.

No blind people do not have specific blind phobias and there is not

My thought is that blind people don't have any specific phobias. I may be wrong, but a phobia is basically an irrational fear, correct? Fearing being somewhere without one's cane or dog is not irrational at all. Sighted people fear insects, spiders, the dark, and anything else you can think of, just like some blind people do. If I had to guess, I'd say the phobias among the blind are more or less in line with those among sight people. Fears specific to being blind are rational concerns, not phobias, in general. But I'm just some guy, with no specific expertise in this area. My only qualification is having a visual impairment. Oh, and I'm very scared of flying insects, for what that's worth.

I think the thing sighted people fear most is not having sight. Of course, we know what thaty is like.

Ask ten different blind people, and you’ll get ten different answers.

I don’t know if being blind makes us some homogeneous that we would have the same fears. Also blindness is spectrum, from completely blind to conditions that cause a loss of peripheral vision.
It is but like asking middle children or red haired people what their fears are.
