Screenreader question! I have NVDA screenreader, I recently started a position (WFH thankfully) and I am using a Convoso dialer. My screenreader (NVDA) works great except to populate the dynamic content. It does not change the name of who I am talking to as the different I do pops up. Any help? (self.Blind)

I've literally jusst made part of a web page talk which didn't before by using the Chrome or Firefox debug console to set that exact part of the page to an ARIA-live region. It makes keeping up with the tennis scores a breeze, although were it a more professional setting i'd want a hotkey to review the data.
Is this something you could look into? DO you have full access through an unmanaged web browser?

If the actual CRM is updating names on display, perhaps do NVDA+R for OCR; regularly, or, when the voice changes, to see who you are talking to? Isn't there a bit of time in between calls to update the status of the calls?

I've tried this thing, just for few days, used Xlite though. Thankfully, the entire interface was through a webpage.

Thank you, looking into this. It does not read any of the "scripted info" that comes from the dialer. Not even the 1st person who connects. So when I jump on it is literally just connecting me with people and not ready the text fields that hold the script. Within that script is the dynamic info.
Example
Script: Hi NAME (this would change each time) I am calling about the changes in STATE (this is a dynamic field as well) I am Here to talk to you about what this means to you. Home this helps clarify what is happening.

I understand, I had a similar script.

Looks like you have no browzer based window to manage calls. And, if you are getting connected to randum people back to back without even knowing their names, these calls would be very awkward. ROFL!

Best thing would be to ask IT Admin to resolve this issue. They can either provide you these names in an excel sheet, or, provide an accessible management window to work with those calls.
