What's an easy accessible way to detect the BPM of a music track? (self.Blind)
submitted by SpecialMagicGames
Either by tapping a button to the beat, or something that will automatically detect from a file? There are many web sites and apps but I don't know which ones are accessible.

https://www.beatsperminuteonline.com/ works fine. let your screen reader pass keys through to the browser and tap away.

Reaper with Asara is very very good, I don’t really know how to use it though, but it’s on Windows and you can get a trial for 60 days I think.

I think there’s a reaper accessible wiki.

What program are you working with?
Perhaps a cronometer on your phone could work. If you can match the beat along with the beats offered by the app.
If you have a song, you could perhaps Google the answer.
