I see lots of blind creators on TikTok but I just don’t understand how you post and ake content.
Barely any of the buttons on the app are labelled and it’s really tricky to navigate. Am I missing something? Is there a different app I can use that’s more accessible? Has anyone got tips to share for filming and posting content on TikTok as a totally blind user using VoiceOver on an iPhone? Thanks

tbh I just ask a sighted friend to do it because I cannot be assed with messing with buttons for half an hour. Im sure there is a way to memorize where the buttons are but then it updates nd changes pretty often.

Ask friends or else have a drink or 2 on hand while figuring that shit out. Jokes aside its actually not that bad when you get the hang of it the thing is updates change it often and without warning.
Its also important to note a lot of those who are blind creaters so to speak actually have quite a lot of vision compared to some thus making it a lot easier when you can see where the buttons are...
