How do you setup your Webcam and have eye contact with the camera properly? (self.Blind)

You do realize that’s how video calls and web calls work right? In fact on the Mac OS side and iOS side of things it automatically resent your eyes to the camera even though you’re not looking at them. Now if you need to sit that close to the screen in order to read things I understand that and there is much you can do but how often do you actually need to read things off the screen when you’re video calling?

I think this only really works if the distance between the camera and displayed picture is rather small like on a laptop. I use a quite big monitor so if I look at the center of my screen, there is no way to make it look like I am looking at the camera above

Depending on your light perception and sensitivity. You could tape a laser pointer or something to the side of the camera. If sensitive to light you could also add a layer of tape in front of the light to weaken it. That way you will be able to maybe somewhat see where to look. Hope that may help. Best of luck.

Oh sorry, I still have pretty good peripheral vision so finding the camera is not the issue. I just find it hard to just look at a camera the entire time because that doesn't allow me to see the other person's face. If I look at the face however it just looks like I am starting straight ahead and never make eye contact with the other person

Oh that may just be my bad for misinterpreting. I understand your issue now. And you got me there. Lol
