OP you're probably better off foregoing Twitch Studio entirely, in favor of using OBS and Firebot. While the setup is a bit more involved, you will have a far more accessible experience. I started streaming on Twitch using this method and it works well enough :)

Without knowing where you are in your streaming journey, or what part of the process you want to examine specifically, I'm afraid it's very difficult to help you. I would be happy to assist with more information.

I'm struggling with the Twitch Studio web app. When I first open it, I have to drag my finger around my track pad and then OCO scan with NVDA to find a button, then once I find the first btn I can use it semi-successfully. But is there an easier way to go about that?

I've never used Twitch studio, but that's because OBS is the recommended way to go about streaming in the first place, along with utilisation of Firebot and any necessary capture hardware for consoles (at least on Windows). Let me know if you'd like more information on this side of things as I'd be happy to share my experiences and perspective, as I've been streaming for a number of years on the platform.

Hi there. I wrote a guide to beginning on Twitch as a blind streamer that you can check out $1. Additionally, I would suggest checking out /r/AccessibleGaming and their discord as well.
