Have you tried https://thelowvisionshop.com/orcam-myeye-pro/
The one I linked is for orcam which helps with facial recognition and reading but if you explore the site it has multiple options for different needs. All the products are pretty expensive though. I’m sorry I can’t fully remember which product I checked the reviews for… it was either orcam or maxtv glasses someone said their daughter was able to use it to play Minecraft. I hope this helps.
*Edit*
I forgot to mention that the orcam glasses I linked are still in beta testing, so they’re relying on users for malfunction feedback. I’m not sure it’s worth paying $4,250 for a device that is still in the testing phase.

Actually, we are working on a particular way to increase visual accessibility inside videogames, that would be more like a mode that you can enable or disable as you want.
We have made some small demos on platform games and a very little 3D game as well.
It uses sound effects to describe scene's object, their position and their intent to the player, without using text to speech :)

There are a lot of things that could be done, including:
*Audio queues for events.
*Precise haptics (the technology required for this does not exist for consumer use)
*self voicing mods (please don’t do this)

Screen reading is really the best way around it. Building in accessibility is the best way to also go about it.
