It isn't audio only, but AMI (Accessible Media Inc) has an app and everything they show has description either integrated or added. https://www.ami.ca/

What is it about Netflix that you don't like? It is one of the biggest mainstream resources with audio description, so knowing what doesn't work well for you is useful.

I don’t kno what DBS means, but audiovault for your audio description fix, my guy. Thousands of shows and movies, both old and new.
